1. Preamble and purpose
These Terms of Sale complement the Terms of Service and govern specific commercial aspects. For general terms of service (registration, payment, SLA, data, termination, applicable law), please refer to the Terms of Service.

2. Indicative capacities
IMPORTANT
The capacities indicated for each plan (number of assets, hosts, services, monthly views, etc.) are estimates based on recommendations and benchmarks provided by the respective application vendors (GLPI Network, Zabbix LLC, Centreon, Matomo, WordPress).
These values are indicative and may vary depending on:
- Actual application usage
- Configuration complexity
- Volume and nature of processed data
- Installed plugins or extensions
Instant App cannot be held responsible for discrepancies between estimated capacities and actual observed performance. If more resources are needed, an upgrade to a higher plan is possible at any time.
3. Withdrawal right and guarantee
3.1 Money-back guarantee
The Customer has 7 days from instance creation to request a full refund by email to [email protected]. The instance will be deleted after refund.
3.2 Withdrawal right exclusion
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period with the consumer's prior express consent.
4. Third-party applications
Deployed applications (GLPI, Zabbix, Centreon, WordPress, Matomo) are open source software published by third parties. Instant App is neither the publisher nor maintainer of these applications. The Customer acknowledges that:
- Bugs or security vulnerabilities in applications are the responsibility of their respective publishers
- Application updates may be performed by the Customer at their own responsibility
- Instant App does not intervene in application code or business configuration
4.1 Liability cap
Instant App's total liability is limited to amounts paid by the Customer in the last 12 months.
5. Technical subcontractors
The Service uses the following technical subcontractors:
- AWS (Amazon Web Services): Cloud infrastructure hosting (AWS)
- Cloudflare: DNS management and DDoS protection
- Stripe: Secure payments (PCI-DSS certified)
- SendGrid: Transactional email delivery
- Let's Encrypt: Free SSL certificates

7. Paid options
7.1 Backup Premium Option (€30 excl. tax/month per instance)
The Backup Premium option extends automatic backup retention from 7 days (standard plan) to 90 days.
Conditions
- The option is subscribed per instance and billed monthly
- Backups are performed automatically once a day
- The 90-day retention applies from the option activation date
- Backups prior to activation remain subject to standard retention (7 days)
Limitations
- Backups are infrastructure snapshots, not application data exports
- Restoration is performed by our teams upon request via support
- LOCORDI does not guarantee application data integrity in case of corruption prior to the snapshot
7.2 Support Premium Option (€30 excl. tax/month)
The Support Premium option guarantees a first response time within 4 business hours for all support requests.
Conditions
- The option is subscribed at the user account level
- Business hours are defined as Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm (Paris time), excluding French public holidays
- The 4-hour delay applies to the first response, not to problem resolution
Exclusions
- Requests outside the scope of service (custom development, advanced application configuration)
- Incidents related to third-party applications (GLPI, Zabbix, WordPress software bugs, etc.)
- Problems caused by modifications made by the client on the instance
Commitment
In case of non-compliance with the 4 business hours delay for 3 requests in a calendar month, the client may request a refund of the option for the month concerned.
